Delivery Charges

All items are delivered ex Netherlands and shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and the destination.

Delivery Times

All order will be shipped within 7 days of cleared payment.  In the event of a delay you will be notified as soon as possible by e-mail.

Returns

Under the terms of the EU Distance Selling Directive we accept goods for return within seven working days of the purchase.  Upon safe receipt of the goods we will refund your money, excluding return postage charges.

If your item is faulty, please return for a full refund.

Returns will only be accepted by prior notification.

Refunds will only be given upon safe receipt of the goods and will be made via your original payment method.

To make a return please contact us stating your order details and we will assign you a returns note number.  We strongly advise that you return your items via a traceable service (with insurance if appropriate) that requires us to sign for the goods - upon signing for them they will then be classed as returned.  Please also ensure that any necessary customs declarations are duly completed as we will not be held responsible for any items delayed in customs.
